I get it. Between work, parenting, and endless errands, figuring out dinner feels like another chore on top of a mountain of tasks. Over the years, in my practice helping parents improve their mental health, I've noticed one major stressor is meal planning. So let me share my top strategies that actually help simplify family dinners.
Set Your Week Up for Success
I learned early on that successful meal planning begins before the week even starts. Instead of winging it every evening, pick a day—usually Sunday works best—to map out the week's dinners.
